I, Günther Obert, run the kitchen ambitiously and with the highest quality standards. After an apprenticeship as a chef, a few years of "traveling" at home and abroad, an examination to become a master chef and more than 10 years as head chef in a 4-star hotel, I now try to delight my guests every day with new and varied dishes. Naturally with the utmost care and freshness!
I am still assisted by my father, also a trained chef, who is more responsible for down-to-earthness and tradition.
Together we make a good team, and our guests say the same.
